Hey matcha lovers, I'm Nina, the co-founder of GoMatcha and I thought I would share my personal journey to discovering matcha. 🍵
Two years ago, as I navigated the demanding final year of my undergraduate studies at UCL, I found myself constantly battling chronic fatigue. No matter how much coffee I consumed, my energy levels plummeted further, dragging my mood and vitality down with it. I was trapped in a cycle of energy crashes and relentless fatigue, struggling to stay awake, let alone thrive in my studies.
The Turning Point
Everything changed when a friend introduced me to matcha. At first, I was skeptical. How could a simple green tea replace my five-cup-a-day coffee habit? But with nothing to lose, I gave it a try. That decision marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life.
